Act as Chicagos representative to global product teams in London and Pune, building a strong network of engineers, analysts, and product owners.Provide clear, structured feedback on user demand, pain points, and workflow gaps to influence the product roadmap.Participate in agile ceremoniesstand ups, planning, refinementto help translate user needs into actionable requirements.Document workflows, solution approaches, design sketches, and acceptance criteria evidence.
