Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Systems Business Analyst to serve as the liaison between business and technology teams by gathering business needs, defining functional requirements, and supporting enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), data analysis, SQL, testing, workflow analysis, and Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Gather, analyze, define, and document business and functional requirements. 
•    Perform workflow analysis, process mapping, data flow diagramming, screen design, and business process documentation. 
•    Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, design workshops, and prototyping discussions with business users and development teams. 
•    Develop project workflows and support project planning and delivery activities. 
•    Manage initiatives using Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative Development methodologies. 
•    Maintain issue logs and coordinate System Testing, Integration Testing, QA Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 
•    Utilize SQL and Qlik Sense / BI reporting tools for data validation, analysis, and reporting. 
•    Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and support execution of testing activities. 
•    Translate business workflows into functional system configurations. 
•    Conduct end-user training and document testing outcomes. 
•    Identify and resolve communication gaps between business stakeholders and technical teams. 
•    Support project implementation, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement initiatives. 

Required Skills:
•    Strong experience gathering and documenting Business Requirements and Functional Requirements. 
•    Experience with Private Banking and/or Investment Management is preferred. 
•    Strong SQL and Data Analysis skills. 
•    Experience using Qlik Sense or other BI/Reporting tools. 
•    Strong SDLC experience including Integration Testing, QA Testing, and UAT. 
•    Experience creating business workflows, technical workflows, and process documentation. 
•    Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office skills. 
•    Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience supporting Private Banking or Investment Management platforms. 
•    Experience working on strategic Financial Technology initiatives. 
•    Strong workflow analysis and business process improvement expertise. 
•    Familiarity with enterprise system integration and reporting environments.
