SAP Workforce – Public Sector Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Workforce Consultant with strong Public Sector/Government experience to support a long-term SAP implementation and modernization project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Workforce solutions, workforce-related business processes, configuration, integrations, and supporting the unique requirements of government organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical expertise for SAP Workforce solutions within a Public Sector environment.
• Analyze, configure, and support workforce-related business processes and SAP functionality.
• Gather and translate business requirements into SAP solutions and functional specifications.
• Configure SAP Workforce functionality based on organizational and government-specific requirements.
• Support integrations between SAP Workforce and other SAP/non-SAP applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Participate in system testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and configuration documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, project managers, and other SAP functional teams.
• Ensure solutions align with Public Sector policies, processes, compliance requirements, and operational needs.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Workforce solutions.
• Proven experience supporting SAP implementations, configuration, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of workforce/business processes.
• Public Sector/Government experience is required.
• Experience working on large-scale SAP implementation, modernization, or transformation projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, testing, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a long-term project environment.

Preferred

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and related SAP modules.
• Experience integrating SAP Workforce with other enterprise applications.
• Experience working with U.S. Government/Public Sector organizations.
• Experience with large-scale SAP modernization programs.
