Job Description

Kohler is seeking a Sr. Benefits Analyst, Retirement Plans to lead analysis and administration of our 401(k) and retirement programs for a diverse manufacturing workforce. You will manage plan reporting, data integrity, and compliance with ERISA and related regulations while supporting audits, plan design changes, and vendor relationships. Partnering with HR, Finance, and external providers, you'll resolve complex issues, improve processes, and provide guidance to employees. Responsibilities

  • Analyze and administer Kohler's 401(k) and pension/retirement plans for global employees
  • Ensure retirement programs comply with ERISA and other regulatory requirements
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics on plan performance and participation
  • Support plan design changes, vendor implementations, and annual audits
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and external providers to resolve complex plan issues
  • Manage data integrity, reconciliations, and funding calculations for retirement plans
  • Provide guidance and training to HR and employees on retirement benefits
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of retirement processes and systems
