Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager with Aramark in the accommodation and food services sector, you will lead unit-level HR operations supporting frontline and supervisory teams. You will oversee staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and retention while ensuring consistent application of HR policies and labor law compliance. You'll manage employee relations, performance management, and corrective actions, and coordinate training and development. Working closely with unit leadership, you will champion Aramark's culture of service, safety, inclusivity, and continuous improvement to create positive experiences for employees, clients, and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Lead unit-level HR operations supporting Aramark food and facilities teams in an accommodation and food services environment
  • Partner with unit leadership to forecast staffing needs, manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
  • Administer HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and corrective action in line with company standards
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, safety, and ethical practices
  • Coordinate training, development, and career growth opportunities for frontline and supervisory staff

  • Oversee HR data accuracy, reporting, and use of HRIS systems to support decision-making
