Director, Total Rewards

SERVPRO is seeking a Director, Total Rewards to build and lead a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that supports our fast-paced restoration and construction environment. This role will design and govern base pay structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs for corporate and franchise operations nationwide. You will lead market benchmarking, job architecture, and analytics to ensure competitiveness and internal equity, while aligning rewards with performance, safety, and service culture. Partner closely with HR and business leaders to support growth, manage vendors, ensure compliance, and communicate programs that attract and retain top talent.
