HR Manager

Bundy Baking Solutions is seeking an HR Manager to support our manufacturing teams and global baking customers. This role leads recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations while promoting a safe, collaborative culture. The HR Manager partners with operations and leadership on workforce planning, training, and policy compliance, and supports change initiatives. You will drive engagement, develop HR processes tailored to manufacturing, and help employees grow as we innovate commercial baking equipment and solutions worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for manufacturing and corporate roles
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and corrective action processes
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and safety standards
• Partner with operations leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
• Coordinate training, development, and career growth initiatives
• Maintain accurate HRIS records, reporting, and HR metrics
• Support culture, engagement, and communication programs across the organization
• Advise managers on HR best practices, coaching, and conflict resolution
