The Role

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, responding to queries and proactively managing accounts.
• Support customers on their net-zero journey through decarbonisation solutions.
• Handle the full customer lifecycle, including welcome calls, issue resolution, and managing invoicing and payments.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and provide varied, engaging work.
• Build strong relationships with customers, offering a trusted advisory role.
