The Role

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to queries and proactively managing accounts.
• Guide customers through their decarbonisation journey, including electric vehicle charging and renewable electricity supply.
• Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from welcome calls and issue resolution to invoicing and payments.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide exceptional service.
• Handle a variety of customer interactions, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment.
