The Role

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to queries and proactively managing accounts.
• Support customers through decarbonisation solutions, including electric vehicle charging and renewable electricity supply.
• Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from welcome calls to issue resolution and invoicing.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• Handle a variety of customer service tasks, ensuring a dynamic and engaging role.
