The Role

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries and proactively overseeing their accounts.
• Handle the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including welcome calls, issue resolution, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Support customers in their net-zero journey through decarbonisation solutions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• Experience a high degree of variety in daily tasks, ensuring no two days are the same.
