The Role

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, managing their accounts and responding to queries.
• Support customers through decarbonisation solutions, including EV charging and renewable electricity supply.
• Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from welcome calls to resolving issues and handling invoicing.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and account management.
• Foster strong customer relationships and build trust through proactive engagement.

What You'll Need

• A proactive approach to issue resolution and exceeding expectations.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
• Strong organisational and adaptable, self-starter qualities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in customer service is beneficial but not essential.
