Project Manager

Role: Project Manager (Need Q2 with Banking Domain Experience )

Client :Cambridge Savings Bank

Location : Waltham, MA 3 days/week onsite

F2F Interview is required (2nd Round)

***Must have banking industry experience and Q2 implementation

• Technical Skills: Experience with Q2 is highly preferred, followed by experience in digital online banking migrations for business clients. Familiarity with project management software like Microsoft Project is important as the organization is standardizing its tools.
• Industry Experience: A background in banking or financial services is crucial to understand commercial customer needs, payment products, and treasury functions without a steep learning curve.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively are paramount. The candidate must be a team player who can work collaboratively rather than with a "command and control" approach. They should also be presentable to senior leadership, including the CEO.

Candidate brings:

1. Experience and demonstrated success with a Q2 business online banking implementation.
2. Experience and demonstrated success in a project manager role greater than 10 years- specifically in a regulated environment, focused on digital transformation.
3. Experience and demonstrated success in a complex project management environment -multiple dependencies, vendor management, technology integrations.
4. Experience building detailed project plans and task lists along with the effective management and execution in accordance with the plan.

Expectations first 4-6 weeks.

1. Build out and expand upon an existing plan document to ensure high degree of visibility into dependencies tasks, deliverables, items at risks and timelines.
2. Partner with several individuals across the bank to Build a collaborative team for the execution of platform migration.
3. Hands on approach to Coordinating existing vendor conversations, and the redesign of vendor/project meeting cadence structure.
4. Support the implementation of a clear governance and delivery framework.
