- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- 7+ years of experience with:
- Process mapping
- Feasibility studies
- System documentation
- Customer/stakeholder engagement
- SDLC
- Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile methodologies
- Managing multiple concurrent priorities
- Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database experience.
- Experience with Oracle APEX and Microsoft .NET web applications.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Ability to blend different project methodologies based on project and business needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
