Required Skills: Business Analyst, Martech or Campaign, AEP, and SFMC
 

Job description:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3–6 years of Business Analyst/Functional Consultant experience.
• Martech or Campaign Management domain experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of customer segmentation and personalization.
• Understanding of end-to-end campaign lifecycle.
• Experience with AEP, SFMC, or similar platforms.
• Naehas/Offer Management experience is a strong plus.
• Gather and document functional/non-functional requirements.
• Create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support Agile teams, workshops, solution design, and UAT.
• Analyze campaign data and maintain business/process documentation.
