Senior Field Service Tech

Essential Duties && Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as required by departmental needs.

• Follows safety practices and protocols per NFPA 70E at all times
• Travels to customer locations in a company vehicle to perform service activities
• Performs maintenance to ensure compliance to product specifications
• Installs or replaces batteries in inverter systems
• Performs system start up and commissioning
• Troubleshoots and repairs advanced level issues Education / Experience
• Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two years technical training related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience plus
• 5+ years of experience as a field service technician.
