Responsibilities

• Initial incident intake, triage, and diagnosis.
• Physical inspection of infrastructure components.
• Remote hands support for IntraSystems L2/L3 engineers.
• Basic server, network, storage, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Hardware status verification.
• Cable and physical connectivity verification.
• Hardware replacement coordination.
• Reboot/restart and other approved physical remediation activities.
• Backup and system-status verification.
• Local coordination of vendor activities.
• Implementation of approved procedures under L2/L3 direction, where appropriate.
• Coordination of onsite maintenance activities.
• Ticket documentation and status updates.
• Escalation of incidents requiring specialized technical expertise.
• Participation in operational meetings.
• Maintenance of local infrastructure documentation.
• Coordination with Indra's designated personnel.

• Microsoft Windows Server.

• DNS, DHCP, and NTP.

• VMware ESXi and vCenter.
• Dell compute and storage.
• Dell Data Domain and backup infrastructure.
