Job Description

Job Title: Senior SAP S/4HANA Consultant

Location: Remote + Travel
Experience: 10+ Years (Preferred)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Consultant to lead SAP implementation, migration, and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, business process optimization, system integration, and stakeholder management. This is a remote position with travel required based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, and upgrade projects.

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP functional and technical solutions.

  • Configure and optimize SAP S/4HANA modules based on business requirements.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end business processes.

  • Manage system integration, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.

  • Identify process improvements and recommend SAP best practices.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.

  • Troubleshoot complex SAP issues and provide production support.

  • Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, and project deliverables.

  • Travel to client locations as required for workshops, implementation, and go-live support.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and support.

  • Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration or conversion.

  • Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and project lifecycle.

  • Strong understanding of business processes and SAP integration.

  • Experience with requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and issue resolution.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Flexibility to work remotely and travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP S/4HANA certification.

  • Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, and SAP integration technologies.

  • Experience working on large-scale SAP transformation projects.

Work Arrangement: Remote, with travel to client sites as required.
