They are seeking a dedicated Network Voice Engineer to join their IT Infrastructure team, supporting high-security, high-availability environments.

The Role

• Support and administer the Cisco Call Manager environment, including MACDs, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Configure and support Microsoft Teams collaboration features (meetings, video, calling).
• Lead patching, upgrades, and asset management for all voice and video equipment across multiple networks.
• Monitor, document, and resolve call quality issues and service interruptions.
• Provide on-call support during evenings/weekends and travel as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network closets and cabling infrastructure.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of professional voice experience and at least 3 years of overall IT experience.
• Experience with MS Teams voice/video or Cisco CUCM/Webex, and conference room support.
• Working knowledge of voice technologies including SIP, PRI, POTS, Gateways, Softphones, and Fax.
• Experience supporting multi-site environments and end-users.
• U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE clearance.
