Residential In-Home HVAC Sales Advisor

ARS-Rescue Rooter seeks a Residential In-Home HVAC Sales Advisor to drive revenue through consultative, in-home sales. In this field-based role, you'll visit residential customers, assess comfort and system needs, present repair/replacement options, and close sales on HVAC solutions, accessories, and maintenance plans. You'll partner closely with technicians, use CRM tools, and follow a safety-first, customer-focused approach. ARS/Rescue Rooter provides training, year-round lead flow, and advancement opportunities across its national network for high-performing sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers to assess HVAC needs
• Present HVAC repair and replacement options and close sales to meet revenue targets
• Generate estimates, proposals, and financing options on-site
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate system recommendations and seamless handoffs
• Educate customers on system features, maintenance plans, and energy efficiency
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRMFollow ARS-Rescue Rooter safety and compliance standards on every visit
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and technical training
• Work evenings and weekends as needed to meet customer availability
• Represent ARS-Rescue Rooter with professionalism and excellent customer service
