Residential & Light Commercial HVAC Comfort Advisor

Columbus Worthington Air is seeking a Comfort Advisor HVAC Sales professional to join our residential and light commercial team in central Ohio. In this role, you'll visit customers' homes and businesses, assess their comfort needs, and recommend energy-efficient heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions. You'll create clear proposals, explain financing options, and close sales from company-provided and self-generated leads. Working with a safety-conscious, customer-focused team, you'll receive ongoing technical training, steady local work, and opportunities to grow a stable, rewarding HVAC sales career.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home comfort consultations for residential and light commercial customers
• Evaluate existing HVAC systems and recommend replacement or upgrade solutions
• Prepare and present detailed, written proposals and pricing options
• Explain energy-efficient systems, indoor air quality products, and financing options
• Follow up on company-provided leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Use CRM tools to track prospects, proposals, and closed sales
• Collaborate with technicians and installers to ensure accurate job scoping
• Uphold safety and professionalism while working in customers' homes and businesses
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Represent Columbus Worthington Air's customer-focused, integrity-driven culture
