Technical Recruiter / Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to step into a hybrid Recruiting/Account Management role.

This will be a full time Hybrid role. Only candidates physically present in North America will be considered. This role is appropriate for an experienced IT recruiter who is looking to move into Account Management and continue to recruit.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years working as a full life cycle technology recruiter with proven/demonstrable successes and must be able to work independently with a high level of integrity.
• You should have had past success in working and meeting metrics and establishing strong relationships.
• Ability to build and maintain a book of business and meet revenue and P&L targets
• A love for technology and building strong client and candidate relationships would be a great asset.
• 4 Year Degree
