D2D Recruiting Manager

Glide Cleaners is seeking a hands-on D2D Recruiting Manager to help grow our San Francisco garment-care team. You will plan and lead door-to-door recruiting, identify candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding for reliable, customer-focused team members. Build relationships in the local community, communicate role expectations clearly, and keep candidate records and hiring activity organized. Partner with operations to forecast staffing needs and support retention through consistent follow-up and coaching. Success requires strong communication, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a service-first approach.
