Responsibilities

• Engage with candidates during Career Day to share opportunities in consumer lending, customer service, and branch operations
• Explain Community Choice Financial Family of Brands' services, culture, and career paths to prospective applicants
• Collect candidate information, prescreen for fit, and answer questions about roles, schedules, and expectations
• Collaborate with hiring and branch leaders to coordinate interviews and next steps after the event
• Represent the company professionally while promoting a performance-driven, compliant, and customer-focused environment
