The Role

• Provide holistic and individualized patient care, ensuring high standards are met and maintained.
• Accurately document all nursing interventions and patient progress to ensure transparency and continuity of care.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Actively contribute expertise to daily operations and patient treatment plans.
• Participate in the implementation and evaluation of quality assurance measures for continuous improvement.
• Support the practical training and development of nursing students and apprentices.

What You'll Need

• Completion of a recognized nursing qualification (e.g., General Nursing, Geriatric Nursing, or Fachkraft).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a strong focus on patient needs and service.
• Excellent communication and empathy skills when interacting with patients, families, and colleagues.
• A genuine passion for providing the best possible care to patients.
• Proficient in nursing documentation and care planning.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
