We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of a portfolio of AI-enabled initiatives across Marketing & Communications. The role will bridge business stakeholders, Marketing Owners, AI/Technology teams, vendors, and distributed teams to move initiatives from ideation and scoping through build, pilot, adoption, and measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage integrated project/portfolio plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Architecture, Engineering, Data, QA/Testing, Security, Vendors, and offshore teams.
• Partner with Marketing Owners to define requirements, acceptance criteria, KPIs, business outcomes, and sign-offs.
• Manage critical dependencies including data readiness/quality, platform integrations, architecture, workflows, and SME availability.
• Drive Responsible AI practices, including human-in-the-loop controls, privacy, security, legal, compliance, brand, and governance requirements.
• Lead POCs, pilots, testing, release readiness, implementation, adoption, and operational handoff.
• Drive change management through communications, training, champion engagement, feedback, and adoption measurement.
• Provide executive-level status reporting covering progress, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and escalations.
• Facilitate gateway reviews and maintain traceable documentation of decisions, actions, assumptions, and approvals.
