Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end to end project delivery process for telecommunications projects, focusing on 5G CAT system architecture.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and senior management to ensure alignment and transparency.
Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and guide junior project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience in project management within the telecommunications sector.
In depth knowledge of Anritsu 5G CAT system architecture.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
Familiarity with network design and implementation processes.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the telecommunications industry.
Certifications such as PMP, PMI ACP, or equivalent.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in project management, specifically in telecommunications.
Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
