Job Description

Role Summary

The Site Lead provides technical and operational leadership for onsite project activities, overseeing daily workflows, build operations, and issue resolution to support successful project execution. This role serves as a primary onsite point of contact, coordinating activities across technical teams and stakeholders while promoting quality, efficiency, and adherence to established processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate onsite technical resources and daily operations to support efficient workflow and project execution.
  • Prioritize and coordinate workload distribution across team members to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Oversee hardware, infrastructure, or technical build activities to support established quality standards and project timelines.
  • Review and maintain build documentation, operational procedures, and related technical records.
  • Manage technical and operational escalations and provide troubleshooting support for complex issues.
  • Support team adherence to established technical standards, operational processes, quality requirements, and safety protocols.
  • Serve as a primary onsite point of contact for operational activities, communications, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to align activities with project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate status, issues, risks, and updates to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, quality, and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technical leadership, team leadership, or operational management within a technical environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing team workloads, priorities, and day-to-day operational activities.
  • Experience supporting or leading hardware, infrastructure, or technical build projects.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to support complex technical issues.
  • Experience developing, reviewing, and maintaining technical documentation, procedures, and workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage escalations and coordinate timely issue resolution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively across multiple technical teams and functional areas.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Lowell, Massachusetts.
  • Must meet applicable U.S. work authorization requirements.

Publishing Pay Range: $62.00 - $65.50 Hourly

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
