The Role

• Provide individualized and activating care for residents.

• Administer medications and manage the medication process.
• Maintain close contact with residents, their families, and physicians.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance measures.
• Support and guide nursing assistants, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a nurse in geriatric or general healthcare.
• Additional qualification as a Palliative Care Specialist.
• Enjoy working with the elderly and individuals requiring care.
• Empathy and a strong sense of responsibility.
