The Role

• Co-therapeutically support patients with psychosomatic conditions through structured conversations, crisis intervention, and meal support.
• Plan, lead, and conduct group activities, incorporating naturopathic methods like acupuncture, compresses, and aromatherapy.
• Collaborate across departments and with various professional groups to ensure holistic patient care.
• Manage administrative tasks within the ward and support patient case management.
• Participate in projects and internal training programs, contributing to departmental development.

What You'll Need

• A completed degree as a certified nurse (e.g., Health and Recreation Nurse or Geriatric Nurse) with several years of experience in psychosomatics and/or psychiatry.
• Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of psychosomatic illnesses.
• High social competence and excellent communication skills.
• Reliable, dedicated, and team-oriented approach in both individual and interdisciplinary settings.
• Experience with modern hospital information systems and willingness to pursue further training, including a specialized co-therapy program.
