Business Analyst
Introduction:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business systems, evaluating user needs, and formulating systems to parallel overall business strategies. This role will involve working closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and reporting teams to gather and document requirements, analyze data, and support various projects throughout the SDLC.
Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs
- Formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies
- Perform business process analysis and identify new applications of technology to improve business effectiveness
- Prepare solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses
- Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs
- Analyze raw data and gather requirements for projects
- Document business rules, KPIs, data dictionaries, and data lineage
- Support data governance, gap analysis, UAT, and reporting/analytics initiatives
- Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and validate requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional/data requirements documents and BRDs
- Perform gap analysis between current and future-state business processes/data
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test scenarios/test cases
Requirements:
