, you’ll be the person customers can turn to when they need help understanding their insurance and getting things taken care of. As our
Insurance Customer Service Rep
, your day will include speaking with customers about billing, making coverage recommendations, processing policy changes, answering insurance questions, and identifying additional coverage that could better protect current clients.

You’ll communicate by phone, email, and text, so being clear and personable matters just as much as being organized. This agency was purchased in January 2025 after its owner spent years as the operating manager. Since then, he and the team have built a productive, reputable agency around clear expectations, open communication, and plenty of support. You’ll have hands-on training, mentorship, licensing assistance, and the freedom to manage your day while working toward shared goals. The base pay is $20-$25 per hour
, with bonus opportunities.

You’ll also have PTO, a 401(k), tuition reimbursement, paid holidays, and a Monday-Friday schedule with evenings and weekends off. This is a full-time role, though part-time may be considered. As the agency grows, this position can develop into a Customer Service Manager role. If that sounds like a path you’d enjoy building, we’d love to meet you. Identify cross-sell opportunities with current customers.
