Job Description

Death is our only foe.

Immortals was founded by Bryan Johnson and Kate Tolo to build a new standard for human health and longevity.

We’re building Autonomous Health: a system that uses measurement, scientific evidence, and personalization to help people understand their bodies and make better decisions about their health. What began with Bryan becoming the most measured person in history is becoming a platform for everyone.

Immortals brings together biomarkers, longevity medicine, nutrition, prescriptions, wearables, and personalized protocols in one place, turning health data into clear, actionable decisions.

We’re a small, ambitious team building what we believe will become the new operating system for human health. We move quickly, think from first principles, care deeply about the quality of our work, and hold ourselves to an unusually high standard.

Our mission is simple: help billions of people live healthier lives for longer, and ultimately, Don’t Die.

The Packaging Development & Commercialization Manager owns the end-to-end packaging workflow for new CPG product development across Blueprint and Immortals. From project intake and packaging brief through artwork release, production readiness, and launch. This role translates product and brand requirements into executable packaging plans, with accountability for timelines, handoffs, vendor coordination, risk management, and outcomes.

You will serve as the central packaging project leader across R&D, Design & Creative, Packaging Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and external partners.

This role reports into Design and serves as the primary bridge between Design and R&D/Product. This role ensures that product requirements, technical inputs, creative development, and commercialization activities stay connected and move forward as one integrated packaging process.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage CPG packaging projects from concept through production and launch, keeping timelines, deliverables, and approvals on track.
  • Manage external packaging vendors, including timelines, samples, proofs, revisions, and production requirements.
  • Coordinate Regulatory and Legal review and approval of packaging artwork, copy, and claims.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure new packaging is production-ready and successfully implemented at launch.
  • Serve as the bridge between Design, R&D/Product, and other cross-functional teams, proactively resolving risks and blockers throughout development.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in packaging development, packaging commercialization, packaging program management, or a closely related role in consumer products.
  • Proven track record of taking physical packaging from brief through commercial launch across multiple concurrent projects or SKUs.
  • Experience working directly with printers,, prepress partners, agencies, suppliers, and manufacturing teams.
  • Strong project leadership skills, including critical-path planning, dependency management, risk identification, decision tracking, and cross-functional communication.
  • Working knowledge of packaging artwork workflows, dielines, print processes, proofs, color management, materials, specifications, and production constraints.
  • Ability to translate between creative, technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong judgment, follow-through, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience developing and commercializing packaging for dietary supplements, functional foods, beverages, wellness products, or other regulated consumer goods.
  • Familiarity with packaging compliance, claims review, regulatory and legal approvals, quality requirements, and documentation.
  • Experience supporting packaging trials, first production runs, troubleshooting, and post-launch optimization.
  • Experience building or improving packaging development, artwork approval, and commercialization processes.
  • Working proficiency with artwork review and design tools such as Figma, or packaging workflow platforms; design experience is a plus but not required.
  • Experience managing multiple SKUs and concurrent launches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
