Senior Project Manager - Data Centers

Snr PM to manage large-scale Data Center projects in Northern Virginia

Your new company:

HAYS are representing a general contractor based in Northern Virginia who are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to work on a strong pipeline of major greenfield data center construction projects. Open to Project Managers seeking career progression or current Senior Project Managers seeking a better fit. This are looking to progress this hire into a Project Executive position in 1-2 years demonstrating the excellent growth trajectory available at the company.

What you'll need to succeed:

• 8+ years' experience working for a general contractor delivering mission critical data center projects anywhere in the US as a lead Project Manager, ideally on greenfield sites.
• Open to Project Managers seeking career progression or current Senior Project Managers seeking a better fit.
• Must have new construction experience over $50M in contract value with a high preference for data center project experience. However office, industrial, warehouse and retail experience will be considered.
• Degree qualified preferred but not essential.
• Local (or can be local) to Northern Virginia. Position will be on-site 5 days a week on a construction site.
