The Role

• Lead and develop a team of Field Canvassers to generate brand awareness and sales leads in targeted neighborhoods.
• Plan and schedule canvassing initiatives, including route calendars, to maximize lead generation.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage a high-performing canvassing team, establishing clear goals and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with local ordinances by managing permit requirements in assigned territories.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and installation, to enhance local market presence.
• Track and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of canvassing efforts, striving to exceed sales lead quotas.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in field canvassing within the direct-to-consumer industry.
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, lead generation, or field marketing.
• Demonstrated ability in recruiting, onboarding, and training marketing or canvassing staff.
• Strong understanding of current canvassing best practices and field marketing strategies.
• Ability to work outdoors in various climates and willingness to work evenings and weekends.
