Integrated Test Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Integrated Test Manager to oversee the complete testing strategy, governance, execution, and production-readiness activities for a complex warehouse automation, ASRS, and distribution systems transformation.

This individual will act as the primary testing and readiness owner, bringing together Warehouse Operations, Engineering, IT, Business SMEs, system integrators, automation OEMs, technology vendors, and third-party partners. The objective is to ensure that all interconnected technologies are thoroughly validated, business processes operate as designed, and the distribution site meets all requirements for a successful production launch.

The ideal candidate combines extensive Test Management, PMO, Release Management, and program coordination experience with a practical understanding of warehouse automation, ASRS, WMS, WCS, PLC controls, material handling equipment, and distribution center operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Define and manage the overall Integrated Testing Strategy, including the master test plan, testing standards, governance model, entry and exit criteria, quality checkpoints, and go-live readiness requirements.

• Manage the complete testing lifecycle across Functional Integration Testing (FIT), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Day-in-the-Life (DIAL), regression, performance, cutover, Go-Live, and hypercare.

• Build and maintain an integrated testing roadmap and schedule, accounting for dependencies among ASRS, conveyors, sortation systems, automation equipment, WMS, WCS, PLCs, host applications, interfaces, and supporting platforms.

• Coordinate testing across business operations, engineering, IT, technology teams, system integrators, automation suppliers, and external partners.

• Define, implement, and monitor test readiness gates and acceptance thresholds, clearly separating equipment commissioning, integrated system validation, business acceptance, and final project acceptance.

• Direct test preparation activities, including development of scenarios and scripts, test-data creation, environment readiness, regression planning, business-process validation, and operational test coverage.
