Job Title: SRE Technical Manager
Hiring Mode: Contract -TP
Location: Nashville, Tennessee [Hybrid]
Mandatory Skills: SRE, Google Cloud Platform, Dynatrace, ITIL processes

Job Description:
  • Lead SRE strategy, architecture, and reliability engineering initiatives across cloud and enterprise platforms.
  • Design and implement scalable, resilient, and highly available solutions with a focus on automation and operational excellence.
  • Drive observability, monitoring, and AIOps initiatives using Dynatrace and related platforms.
  • Lead major incident management, RCA, performance optimization, and reliability improvements.
  • Partner with customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and governance for SRE, cloud, and platform engineering practices.
  • Strong expertise in Dynatrace, Cloud (Azure/Google Cloud Platform), Kubernetes, Automation, Observability, and Stakeholder Management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Good to have retail domain expertise.
