Collaboration Platform Engineer with Security Clearance

Position Overview
We are seeking a Collaboration Platform Designer to support enterprise collaboration services across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments. This individual will provide engineering support for collaboration technologies, assist with migration projects, and work closely with senior engineers to deliver platform enhancements and operational support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies, troubleshooting platform issues, and participating in migration and implementation projects. Google Workspace experience is highly prefttrf.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
• Support SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and related collaboration services.
• Participate in platform migration and implementation projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve collaboration-related incidents and service issues.
• Support permissions management, user access, and collaboration platform configuration activities.
• Assist with PowerShell automation and administrative scripting activities.
• Work with senior engineers to implement platform improvements and modernization efforts.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, messaging, and collaboration teams to support enterprise operations.
• Document procedures, configurations, and technical solutions. Required Qualifications
• 3-5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
• Experience supporting SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience troubleshooting collaboration platform issues in a production environment.
• Experience supporting enterprise users and collaboration services.
• Basic PowerShell experience for administration or automation tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Workspace administration experience.
• Experience with Google Apps Manager (GAM).
• Experience supporting SharePoint, OneDrive, or Microsoft 365 migration projects.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Exposure to API integrations and workflow automation.
• Microsoft 365 certifications.

Collaboration Platform Engineer (Mid-Senior)

• Must possess a High School Diploma.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of IT relevant work experience
• Must be a W-2, US Citizen or Green Card Holder (who has resided in the US within the past 3 consecutive years) with the ability to pass a public trust clearance (can\'t start until they pass the public trust, typically 6-8 weeks) 1. Microsoft 365 Collaboration Services – Hands-on experience supporting SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and related Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies.

2. Collaboration Platform Support – Experience troubleshooting permissions, access, file sharing, synchronization, and collaboration service issues within enterprise environments.
3. SharePoint & OneDrive Administration – Experience managing sites, permissions, document libraries, content access, and user collaboration requirements.
4. PowerShell & Automation – Experience utilizing PowerShell scripts for administration, reporting, user management, and operational support activities.
5. Migration & Implementation Support – Experience supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, or Google Workspace migration and deployment projects.
