The Role

• Handle complex recruitment assignments for corporate positions and provide guidance to the recruiting team.
• Review applications and interview applicants to gather relevant work history, education, and skills.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to define talent needs and create recruitment plans.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• Proven ability to navigate recruitment challenges with a driven, positive attitude.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
