Construction Technical Recruiter

Lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple branches and business units, primarily hiring skilled tradespeople, field service technicians and other technical roles. Partner with operations leaders to develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, assess candidates, coordinate interviews, support offers, track hiring metrics and ensure employment-law compliance. The role is based onsite in Salt Lake City, with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with branch and operations leaders to identify workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for skilled trades, technicians and other technical roles.
• Source, screen and evaluate candidates, including passive candidates, for technical qualifications and role fit.
• Coordinate interviews and assist hiring managers with selection and offer development.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain compliance with employment regulations.
