Location: Jersey City, New Jersey/Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
Role Overview
This role involves overseeing the delivery and execution of feature delivery teams within the Global Financial Crimes space. The individual will guide the team toward meeting enterprise agile transformation goals and work with other Scrum Masters and project managers to develop and drive cross-portfolio initiatives. These initiatives are aimed at scaling and incorporating mandatory enterprise routines for application management and governance into traditional agile routines, improving team collaboration, and enhancing visibility of delivery across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Scrum team in achieving higher levels of agile maturity.
- Facilitate self-organization within the Scrum team.
- Support the team in removing impediments.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that arise.
- Complete enterprise change requirements and deliverables.
- Support cross-portfolio scaling initiatives.
Experience: Knowledge and exposure to agile practices.
Technical Skills: Experience with Jira is required.
General Skills: Communication skills including facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and the ability to provide candid but caring feedback are necessary. Problem-solving abilities to address impediments, gaps, and challenges impacting delivery are also required.
