Job Title: Scrum Master/Agile Coach (Logistics)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach with a strong background in Full Truck Loads to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating Agile methodologies, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a deep understanding of Full Truck Loads logistics and the ability to apply Agile principles to enhance team performance and project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize the product backlog.
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Utilize metrics and KPIs to track team performance and drive accountability.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Provide training and support to teams transitioning to Agile methodologies.
- Leverage Full Truck Loads knowledge to optimize logistics processes and enhance project outcomes.
Mandatory Skills:
- 7 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Full Truck Loads logistics.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certified Coach (ICP ACC).
- Knowledge of Lean principles and practices.
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading Agile transformations and coaching teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
