Agile Scrum Master

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC and Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role will oversee the delivery and execution of feature delivery teams within the Global Financial Crimes space. The selected candidate will help the team meet enterprise agile transformation goals and work with other Scrum Masters to drive cross-portfolio initiatives focused on scaling, governance, and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Scrum team in achieving higher levels of agile maturity
• Facilitate self-organization within the Scrum team
• Support the team in removing impediments
• Resolve conflicts and issues that arise
• Complete enterprise change requirements and deliverables
• Support cross-portfolio scaling initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master
• Knowledge and exposure to agile practices
• Experience with Jira
• Excellent communication skills including facilitation, situational awareness, and conflict resolution
• Strong problem-solving skills to address impediments, gaps, and challenges impacting delivery

Pay range: $68.38 - $76.38 per hour
