The Role

• Plan, coordinate, adapt, document, and ensure nursing interventions.
• Perform basic nursing care based on individual needs.
• Carry out medical nursing care as prescribed by a doctor, such as administering medication.
• Engage respectfully with clients' and their families' self-care abilities, needs, and wishes.
• Collaborate closely and cooperatively with all departments within the facility.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse (e.g., Geriatric Nurse, Professional Nurse, or Registered General Nurse).
• Ideally, initial professional experience in general or geriatric nursing.
• Familiarity with computer-assisted nursing documentation.
• Personal stability, equanimity, and patience in dealing with clients and their families.
