Job Requirements Location: RemoteExperience Level: Mid-Level (8–12 years total IT | 2+ years on Kore.ai)ROLE OVERVIEWWe are looking for a Mid-Level Solution Architect / Technical Lead specializing in Kore.ai to design and build enterprise Conversational AI, Voice Bot, and Search AI solutions. You will lead client discovery workshops, author technical design documents (FDD/TDD), and configure advanced workflows on Kore.ai XO 10/11 and Artemis.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESArchitecture & Design: Design dialogue flows, intent models, and prompt engineering guardrails on Kore.ai XO 10/11 and Artemis platforms. Author Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs).Kore.ai Execution: Build and optimize bots using Kore.ai Search AI, Agent AI Assist, and DialogGPT nodes. Set up NLU training, intent detection, and LLM evaluation guardrails.Integrations & Contact Center: Connect Kore.ai bots to enterprise backends (Salesforce, AWS S3, REST APIs/Webhooks) and telephony platforms (Genesys Cloud CX via SIP/BYOC or Amazon Connect).Delivery Leadership: Facilitate requirements workshops with business stakeholders, guide cross-functional dev teams in Agile sprints, lead UAT, and monitor post-launch bot analytics.REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSKore.ai Expertise: 2+ years hands-on experience building on Kore.ai XO (10/11), Search AI, or Artemis. Kore.ai certifications (Automation AI / Search Assist) are a strong plus.Technical Stack: Proficient in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and REST API/Webhook integrations.Contact Center & Voice: Hands-on experience with IVR design, voice bots, dynamic call routing, and TTS/STT configurations (e.g., Azure Neural TTS).Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field with 4–6 years of software engineering experience.Client & Communication: Strong skills in workshop facilitation, technical documentation, and translating business rules into actionable developer user stories.Work Experience 5-7Years
