JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced EDI Solutions Architect with strong expertise in EDI trading partner management, integration platforms, and supply chain solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with X12 EDI, Sterling Integrator, Axway B2Bi, SFTP/AS2 communications, SAP integration, and trading partner onboarding. Experience supporting pharmaceutical supply chain and serialization solutions, including TraceLink, DSCSA, and EU FMD, is highly desirable.

The role will involve technical leadership, partner onboarding, production support, integration management, and coordination with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage EDI trading partners in a distribution-based operating model, including transaction setup, onboarding, and ongoing support.
  • Design, configure, and support EDI integrations using Sterling Integrator and Axway B2Bi.
  • Work with X12 EDI specifications and transaction standards.
  • Configure and maintain communications using SFTP and AS2.
  • Support SAP-related order and invoice troubleshooting.
  • Configure agreements, partners, directory objects, receivers, and interface determination for new trading partners.
  • Support EDI transactions including 850, 855, 856, 810, and 832.
  • Lead large geographically distributed support teams and ensure effective communication across time zones.
  • Coordinate multiple project and support requirements while maintaining effective delivery timelines.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and management at various organizational levels.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for complex EDI integration issues.
  • Support onboarding and integration of CMOs, 3PLs, wholesalers, distributors, and trading partners.
  • Support pharmaceutical supply chain and serialization solutions through TraceLink.
  • Ensure integration solutions align with applicable serialization and compliance requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of relevant IT experience, with extensive experience in EDI and integration technologies.
  • Strong experience in EDI trading partner management.
  • Hands-on experience with Sterling Integrator.
  • Hands-on experience with Axway B2Bi / Axway B2B.
  • Strong knowledge of X12 EDI specifications.
  • Experience with EDI transaction setup, configuration, and production support.
  • Experience configuring SFTP and AS2 communications.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, particularly troubleshooting orders and invoices.
  • Experience with EDI transactions such as 850, 855, 856, 810, and 832.
  • Strong leadership experience managing large, globally distributed support teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interact with multiple levels of management.
  • Strong time-management and multitasking capabilities.
