Analytics Solution Architect

FM is seeking an Analytics Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end analytics solutions that power smarter workplace and facilities decisions. You will define data architectures, integrations, and BI strategies that turn FM platform data and client enterprise data into actionable insights. Partnering closely with product, engineering, sales, and client teams, you'll gather requirements, run workshops, and translate business goals into scalable cloud-based analytics designs. You'll guide tool selection, data modeling, and governance while mentoring teams and championing best practices in a collaborative, innovation-driven culture focused on continuous improvement and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics solution architecture for FM workplace and facilities management platforms.
• Translate business and workplace optimization needs into scalable data and analytics designs.
• Design data models, integrations, and ETL/ELT pipelines across cloud data platforms and FM systems.
• Select and guide use of BI and reporting tools to deliver dashboards and self-service analytics.
• Partner with sales, product, and delivery teams to scope, estimate, and propose analytics solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to implementation teams, ensuring architectural standards and best practices.
• Define data governance, security, and performance guidelines for analytics environments.
• Engage with client stakeholders to run workshops, present solutions, and drive adoption.
• Evaluate new analytics technologies and patterns to enhance FM's product and services.
• Mentor team members and contribute to architectural patterns, templates, and documentation.
