We're Hiring: Senior Full Stack Java Developer

Are you a highly skilled Java engineer who thrives on resolving complex production issues while simultaneously building and enhancing scalable enterprise applications? We are seeking a senior Full Stack Java Developer to provide critical L2/L3 Application Management Services (AMS) support for our core business systems.

This position bridges the gap between proactive software engineering and deep system architecture troubleshooting, ensuring the high availability and continuous improvement of enterprise platforms.

Role Details:

  • Location: Austin, TX
  • Fully Onsite Role
  • Experience Required: 8 - 10 Years
  • Role Focus: L2/L3 AMS Support & Full Stack Application Development

What You'll Do:

  • Keep Systems Resilient: Provide expert L2/L3 production support for business-critical enterprise applications, troubleshoot complex runtime issues, and perform thorough root-cause analysis (RCA).
  • Develop Permanent Fixes: Implement clean code fixes, bug patches, and long-term application enhancements to prevent recurring incidents.
  • Modernize & Scale: Build robust, secure software applications using modern engineering practices and object-oriented programming frameworks to support business transformation.
  • Manage Enterprise Architecture: Work deeply with Java structures to optimize application performance, reliability, and security boundaries.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Core Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Java and Spring Boot frameworks (or equivalent enterprise architectures).
  • Frontend Capabilities: Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Databases & APIs: Solid experience building and supporting REST APIs, Microservices, and interacting with SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines: Strong operational knowledge of Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and automated delivery pipelines.
  • Methodology: Proven background in Agile/Scrum methodologies with at least 3+ years specifically dedicated to core application development within an enterprise support framework.
