Senior Salesforce Developer / Architect (Government Cloud), Hybrid St. Paul, MN, W-2 Contract

Integration Architects is looking for a senior Salesforce developer for a full-time contract with a State of Minnesota agency in downtown St. Paul. You'll design and build Salesforce solutions for several programs, including a community reviewer program, multifamily housing RFP scoring and evaluation tools, and a Salesforce-based grants management system that covers the full grant lifecycle.

Details

  • Location: Hybrid, 50% onsite in downtown St. Paul, MN. Local candidates only.
  • Duration: Starts around December 1, 2026 and runs through August 31, 2027, with likely extensions.
  • Employment: W-2 only. No C2C, no 1099, no third parties.
  • Interviews: Microsoft Teams.

What you'll do

  • Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Agile methods.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other agency systems.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows and process automation.
  • Work with business analysts, the project manager, the enterprise architect, and QA on requirements, test cases, and UAT.
  • Help manage change requests, write thorough documentation, and handle knowledge transfer.

Required

  • 7+ years of Salesforce design and development.
  • These active Salesforce certifications:
    • Application Architect
    • Platform Developer
    • Agentforce Specialist
    • Platform Administrator II
  • 2+ years each with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Government Cloud.

Nice to have

  • SAFe Practitioner certification.
  • Salesforce Data Architect and Sharing and Visibility Architect certifications.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration.
  • Azure DevOps.
  • State or federal government experience.
  • Mortgage, housing finance or real estate technology experience.
