We have an exciting Senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer – Full-Time opportunity with a leading financial services organization in Washington, DC. This is an onsite role.

Senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer

Location: Washington, DC (Onsite)

Summary:

Seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with 10+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM development, customization, and integrations. Mortgage - financial services domain experience is preferred, particularly in loan origination, mortgage servicing, and financial workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, ITSM workflows, and scoped applications.
• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Service Portals.
• Build REST/SOAP integrations using Integration Hub and MID Server.
• Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Automate workflows supporting mortgage operations and financial services processes.
• Manage code reviews, ATF testing, deployments, and production troubleshooting.

Required Skills:

• Strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, and CSS.
• ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and workflow automation.
• REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
• Mortgage or banking experience, including loan processing or servicing workflows.
• Agile/Scrum and Git experience.
